Life Supply – 30 Day Return Policy
At Life Supply, your comfort and confidence matter to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage
We understand that trying on clothing is part of the process — that’s totally fine!
Return Process
Please contact us at support@lifesupply.com before returning any item.
Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
If that happens, we’ll cover it — just reach out!
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to exchange your item (subject to availability). If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick something else you love.
